I would not recommend buying from this company!
I received the toybox with a chip of wood taken out of the lid. I left two voicemails with customer service with no call back! I finally reach someone through email for them to tell me I have to order the replacement lid myself online, really? Customers should not have to do this. Very disappointing, I won't be recommending this company to anybody else.

Sturdy, big toybox
The perfect toy storage for our living room as it's not too childish and blends in with our furniture. It holds a lot and the lid never pinches or falls on little ones! We've had this toy box for 8 yrs, and are sad our 3rd child broke the lid recently but we plan on replacing it with the exact same one!

Toy box came with two bad parts
Order came in with two bad parts, so I ordered replacement parts. Only one showed up and it was worse than the original part.

Amazing gift for any child!
I have purchased a total of 6 of these toy boxes! I was going through Personal Creations before this last one and decided to go right to KidKraft! SAVED SOME MONEY!!! These are amazing gifts... everyone that I have given one to absolutely LOVE'S them and some of those have had them for 3 years and still use them every day! They are just great gifts. Not really hard to put together either, good instructions!! My only complaint would be that this last one came with a tiny clip on one corner and a few scuff's. One other I got one of the brackets on the lid was broken and you can't replace it because it is riveted on! On the new one I just got they have changed that set up so you can replace them now! All and all these are great quality and an amazing gift for any child! I have had every one personalized which is also done extremely well! :)

Great purchase!
Purchased for our daughter's birthday. Came quickly and looks great. We love that we were able to personalize her toy box and still have it arrive so quickly. Also love the hinges that let the lid down slowly. Would totally recommend!
